Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 16 oz bag of baby carrots
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoon light brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons thyme

Instructions
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium high heat.
- Add carrots, honey, light brown sugar, and thyme and gently toss combine.
- Cook, stirring occasionally , until carrots are tender, about *15 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
