Carrots

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 16 oz bag of baby carrots
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoon light brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons thyme

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium high heat.
  2. Add carrots, honey, light brown sugar, and thyme and gently toss combine.
  3. Cook, stirring occasionally , until carrots are tender, about *15 minutes.
  4. Serve immediately.
