30 minutes a day

30 minutes is less than 2% of your day. We can all find the time to exercise, whether that is walking, lifting weights, yoga, cross fit, or whatever your niche is. 30 minutes 5 days a week; or 50 minutes 3 days a week. However the minutes add up, getting to 150 minutes a week should be the goal. All this will ultimately lower stress level, lower blood pressure, increase cardiovascular health, increase muscular strength, improved mood, and help prevent chronic diseases.
